The iQOO Neo9S Pro gets its processing power from the Dimensity 9300+ mobile processing platform. It has iQOO self-developed e-sports chip Q1 and 6043mm² VC uniform heating version for better performance.

The device has LPDDR5X RAM options of 12GB and 16GB. It has UFS 4.0 flash memory options of 256GB, 512GB and 1TB.

Display & Appearance

The iQOO Neo9S Pro comes with a 6.78-inch OLED flexible straight screen with a resolution of 2800 x 1260. It supports 144Hz refresh rate (8T LTPO, 1-144Hz), 1200Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming for a smoother user experience. The phone supports a manual maximum brightness of 600nits, global excitation brightness of 1400nit and local excitation brightness of 3000nits for brighter display.

Its glass version with 7.99mm thickness and 196g, while the plain leather version is 8.34mm thick with 190g of weight. The phone supports NC, infrared remote control, three-dimensional speakers, screen fingerprint recognition, IP54 dustproof and waterproof rating and is based on OriginOS 4 system based on Android 14. It has various colour options for users to choose from

Camera

The front camera of the iQOO Neo9S Pro is 16MP (Samsung S5K3P9) with a 1/3.1 inch sensor size. It has dual cameras on the back for optimal photos and videos. The primary lens is 50MP (Sony IMX920) with 1/1.49 inch sensor size and OIS. It has another lens of 50MP ultra-wide-angle (Samsung S5KJN1).

The battery capacity of the iQOO Neo9S Pro is 5160mAh which supports 120W fast charging. It can charge the device to 40% in just 9 minutes with added support from 100W PD and 100W PPS.
